Texture:
This texture can be mixed with the flat latex paint color of your choice and generally applied with a one coat application. Some Builders apply another coat of paint after the hand texture is applied but it tends to dull the "swirl effect" in the texture. It is better to apply a paint primer first, then a hand texture if you can afford it. Check with your Builder regarding the extra cost involved with this texture.
